Quick & Easy Pancake/Donut/Waffles Recipe- low carb/keto


Hello, so if there is one recipe that i use a lot for easy pancake, waffles and donut recipe, this would be it. It is super easy to make on days that you just want something quick to make on those lazy days. So here it goes. Hope you guys like it.


PS. My pancake is purple because I added Ube (purple yam) flavoring to the batter. So this is really a base recipe and you can add any flavor that you wish. I also tried adding apple flavoring to make "apple pie" flavored pancake. So this recipe is pretty versatile. ENJOY!



 



 

Yield - 9 pancakes

Total Carb - 3.8g

Net Carb - 3g

INGREDIENTS:

- 3 oz cream cheese

- 3 eggs

- 4 tbsp. almond flour

- 1 tbsp. Coconut flour

- 1 tsp. baking powder

- 1 tsp. vanilla extract

- 2-4 tbsp. Sweetner


INSTRUCTIONS:

- I used my Nutribullet to combine everything together until smooth. Cook as a waffle or pancake.

- If you are making this into a donut, bake in 350 F for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked.
